Graduate of Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University. He was entered on the list of legal advisers kept by the Council of the Regional Chamber of Legal Advisers in Kraków in 1998.

Doświadczenie zawodowe
He has over 20 years of experience in providing services to business entities. From the very beginning, he has been involved in the IT industry, starting his professional career in, among others, Elektrim S.A. group companies. During this period, he was also involved in the design and implementation of IT solutions. Creator of software (including solutions based on low-level languages, mainly in the x86 architecture) and numerous articles in the field of popularisation of IT, he obtained certificates in application design and administration of the Lotus Domino system. He continues to be an active IT professional, including administration of IT systems and software development, also for the management of law firms.
Between 1999 and 2000, he was a legal advisor at Comarch S.A. and Stream Communications sp. z o.o. From 2000, he was associated with DRQ S.A. (initially within the ITI Group and then Asseco). Until 2008, he held, inter alia, the positions of Legal Office Director and Vice President of the Company's Management Board. Since 2008, he has been associated with Scanmed Capital Group. Between 2012 and 2015, he was Director of the Legal Office of the Scanmed Group. He has also served, among others, as a member of the Supervisory Board of Scanmed S.A. and Klinik Kardiologii Allenort sp. z o.o. Since 2013, he has been a legal advisor to the Bochnia County Hospital.
He has been in private legal practice since 2001 and is the founder of JCJK Law Firm, where he has been the managing lawyer since the beginning.Wybrane publikacje naukowe
