Legal adviser, member of the supervisory board of La French Tech Pologne. He graduated in law from the Jagiellonian University (2015) and Aix Marseille Université with a specialisation in commercial company law (2016). He also studied at the University of Nantes (2013) and the University of Orléans (2014).
A scholarship holder of the French government in 2015/2016, he gained his first professional experience at leading law firms in Paris, where he worked in particular on the resolution of disputes between shareholders of commercial companies. Jerzy Krypel specialises in commercial and corporate law, with a focus on new technology law.
He has experience in handling transactions in the equity model including international investments, in particular with French capital. He is involved in the introduction of foreign entities to the Polish market, advising on the development of their activities, negotiating agreements and terms and conditions for raising capital from investors, as well as handling day-to-day business operations. Jerzy has advised, among others, French entities on mergers and acquisitions on the Polish market, has handled international transactions on a number of occasions, and has led international negotiations involving entities from the OHADA region and Western Europe.
